At the request of the OSA executive, a committee of Max Tate, chairman, Lorraine Pollock, John Holder and Jim Howard was formed and composed this Mingle/Single format. It has been used successfully in the FSA Central District of Florida for several years. Having the top 16 players return the second day is Optional.
