2025 Canadian Championships in Blenheim

Blenheim does what Blenheim always does. The worked so hard to make their facility and player experience second to none. They show you what shuffleboard is all about. Thank you to the team of volunteers for putting on a first class event.

I owe a special thank you to the Bill Patterson and Bill Dale for being there every minute of every day to make the sure the courts ran perfectly and making third calls. I don’t know what I would have done without Cyndi Lefaive running the TD desk and tracking all those wins and losses for me. It helped me out so much.

And thank you to the players. You guys were great. You just went with the flow. I always enjoy hearing laughter between games and lunch times. It is especially nice when players can play each other as friends while on the court.

16 ladies and 24 men played for three days in very competitive fields.
Winners from 1st to 8th (LtoR): Joanne McLean, Linda Armstrong, Dotty Koert, Linda O’Conner, Bev Doyle, Neta DenOtter, Mary Bryans, and Bernice Lindsay. Congratulations!
Winners from 1st to 8th (LtoR): Len Dodge, Al Little, Roy Babcock, Ken Lefaive, Murray Little, Bob Jones, Art Scott (absent), and Henry Strong (absent).
