Bring your own lunch.

If 16-20 teams, we will play 5 – 24 frame games, with 0-1 byes per game
If 21-24 teams, we will play 6 – 16 frame games, with 1-2 byes per game

Each team will draw for a team number and follow pre-made schedule based on
number of registered teams. Then will ensure each team will play different opponents
each game, be on a different court each game, and will start on each colour half of the
games (6 games-3 yellow & 3 black, while 5 games will be 3&2 or 2&3)

Playoffs for the top 8 is on the Wednesday. 1 will play 8, 2 plays 7, etc playing in a best
of one 24 frame game changing colours after 12. Playing 3 rounds of best of one will
get us out early afternoon at the latest. Winners of 1 st playoff round go to main, Losers to Consolation. For 2 nd and Final Rounds, the highest remaining seed from the round robin starts on Black and plays the lowest seed remaining in that bracket.

No points will be earned and awarded as this is only simulating an O.S.A. event. The
purpose of this is to try this new format as a test before bringing it to vote next year as
to whether we should make any changes to the existing tournament format. Any
feedback after the event from those participating will be appreciated.
