Ann and I visited Rodney last week. A beautiful little town between London and Chatham. They now have eight courts. Judd and his crew were so nice. They made Ann and I feel so welcomed. Twelve of us played three “mingles” games. They have some darned good players in Rodney. I loved the courts. I couldn’t believe how consistent the discs slid down the whole length of the court. Maybe the best I’ve seen. You know the courts are good when I make good shots. lol. They all played some great shuffleboard. More importantly, they had fun! Thank you Rodney Shuffleboard Club for your hospitality. I can’t wait to visit again. 🙂

I’ve played a dozen times in Rodney and I was quite impressed with the people. They can play with anyone in the league. They are very friendly till you start playing them, then it’s all business, they beat my butt the first few times till I started to show them the Ingersoll way. When that didn’t work I left with my tail between my legs and I haven’t been back for a couple of months while I practiced up and now I must warn them I’m coming back this Thursday. So keep your heads up ladies and gentlemen, I’m not showing you any mercy. Love Bill 😎
