Ella Rogerson, dear wife of Carl Rogerson passed away October 28th.
Carl Rogerson was a long-time shuffleboard player and President of the Ontario Shuffleboard Association from 2018 to 2022. His sweetheart Ella was often seen with him at shuffleboard events, and she waited patiently for him to complete a match or official duties of the OSA president. Mom’s visitation will be Tuesday evening November 3rd from 6-8 pm. ALSO Wednesday, November 4th from 10 – 11 at Bethel Chapel 781 Tackaberry Drive, North Bay Ontario. Funeral is at 11:00 on Wednesday at Bethel Chapel.

We were so deeply saddened to hear of Ella’s passing. marlene and I always looked forward to seeing both of them at the courts. Even though she didn’t shuffle, her cheerful presence and patient smile made every competition brighter—we fondly remember her constant support over all those years, including during Carl’s time as president.
Marlene and I send our condolences to the family during this difficult time.
