Apply to play in the 2014 ISA in Midland Ontario

The 2014 ISA World Championship Tournament will be held in Midland Ontario, August 11th through 15th. Canadian shuffleboard players wishing to represent their country at this prestigious event must apply to the CNSA (Canadian National Shuffleboard Association) using the official application form.

Clicking on the above link should take you to the CNSA notice and attached form. Note that your application must be received by February 15th, 2014.
