Subject: Congratulations to Rip VanGinkle
Hi Guys:  Good news.  Rip came first in the Southern District Masters, Men’s District Amateur division.  He won 11 of a possible 14 games.  He lead the division for most of the season and qualified as a State Amateur for October.
