Induction of Dotty Koert into the OSA Hall Of Fame Player Category, June 10, 2026, by Bev Doyle, for attaining 35 points in OSA tournaments.

Bev’s words of induction:

I’d like to say what an incredible honour it is for me to introduce Dotty Koert. She is about to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. It’s a huge milestone. I have the absolute privilege of being a close friend of Dotty, the guest of honour.
    When I think of Shuffleboard, excellence, dedication, and maybe a little bit of fierce competitiveness, I think of Dotty. We have played together as partners and opponents in Florida and in Canada. I had to learn a very hard lesson! When you’re ahead, stay off the board because she WILL get you and put you where you don’t want to be. We all know where that place is!
   It goes without saying…..I’d rather be her partner than her opponent any day! There’s so much more I could say but I’ll hand it over to Trevor.

OSA president Trevor Martin presented Dotty with a plaque honouring her achievements in OSA tournaments,
